I was presenting a live web seminar broadcast a while back for a training organisation and the operations and administration team told me afterwards that someone had made the following genuine complaint:
“I missed the first 5 minutes because Professor Cooper started on time!”
Perhaps, I should start late next time just to annoy all those who turned up for the beginning! As I say, sometimes you just can’t please everyone.
